Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These terms set forth the conditions for using MAGIC WORD (hereinafter "the Service"). The Service is a word-building game where users create and publish words using hiragana. Users agree to these terms when using the Service.

Article 2 (Accounts)

Account registration is required to use the Service. Users create accounts using a username or email address and password. Users are responsible for managing their account information and may not lend or transfer it to third parties.

Article 3 (In-game Currency)

In the Service, users spend the in-game currency "MP (Magic Points)" to acquire hiragana and create words. MP is a free in-game currency that recovers over time and cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

• Actions that violate laws or regulations
• Harassment or defamation of other users
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or scraping
• Creating or publishing inappropriate or offensive words
• Posting personally identifiable information
• Unauthorized manipulation using automation tools or bots

Article 5 (Content)

Rights to Magic Words created by users belong to the users. However, for publicly shared Magic Words, the operator may use them to the extent necessary for display and sharing on the Service.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is." The operator makes no guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, or availability. The operator bears no liability for damages arising from use of the Service.

Article 7 (Changes and Termination)

The operator may change or terminate the Service without prior notice to users.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

The operator may change these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the Service.
